This absinthe is different from other Spaniards parecchio; anise is present but well balanced overall. Recognize hyssop, licorice and other alpine herbs (probably génépi) that make it much more similar to the Swiss absence. The scent is strong and decidedly alcoholic round. The color is pale yellow, the first drops of louche is intense, becoming increasingly clear to a greyish white absence of typical Swiss. Dilute the scent becomes more aromatic and delicate; size alcoholic disappears to give way to a perfectly balanced texture of ingredients. The wormwood Segarra still surprised by its complexity and sophistication that the rise in the absence of higher-ranking Spaniards.
