Liberation 2010 is the fruit of a lifelong dedication to distillation and rum. This rum demands a long-drawn-out fermentation process and a discontinuous water-bath distillation, in small copper alambics. It is tended in precious hardwood barrels previously used just once contain great french wines. Another revolutionary change is our decision to label it with the date of its "liberation", rather than its distillation, since this artisanal and absolutely pure rum is the 2010 result of a number of decisions and action which make this product unique.
