Produced by fermentation of sugarcane molasses, is aged for seven years in small casks of white oak, carefully selected for this product. Under the tropical heat and the close surveillance of the cellar master, developed through the years, a refined aroma and taste delicious. Soft round entry leads to a palate medium bodied with flavors of fruit, caramel, coconut and toasted walnuts followed by delicate notes speziate.Un aged rum with a nice backbone of flavors.
